Finding a pool filter cartridge replacement starts with the filter housing model and the correct element part number. Then verify dimensions, end caps, and the number of elements required. A similar looking cartridge or matching square footage is not enough.

Pool filter cartridges should be replaced when damage or lasting performance loss makes them unserviceable, not simply when they stop looking white. Age helps you plan an inspection. It doesn’t tell you whether fabric, end caps, and supports are still doing their jobs.
